Booking with the new product! – So how do we book with a new product? I call it ‘hook to book’. In other words, yes, they can order it and figure it out, but I find by being a ‘helping hand’ with them, I can sell them on more products.
This is my strategy. A On the first of November, I texted all my customers (copy and paste, or use a service like project broadcast, or a voice mail service like sly-dial) and let them know I had them coming in, and the first 25 to purchase them was going to get any other one item at half price. B. I posted some pictures on social media to peek interest. C. I on the 3rd – I sent a company made email (through intouch) to all my customers. same offer as before. D. on the 3rd – I also posted pics on my private customer groups. E. Then I started following up with those who had commented. Followed by individual texts and phone calls to my best customers, to set up Trials. I opened one box, giving me 30 sets to demo, and started booking 20 minute appointments. Yes, we can order samples, but those will wait and go out later, I want to be the one to take a picture, show them how to use it, and upsell on other products. The more your client is with you, the more layering for team building, and client building you have! What are ways you plan to sell a car load of Eye Patches? |
